Additional Requirements
The Licensee agrees to provide:
Twenty-five (25) copies of the final retail release for resale through the Producer's official website.
One (1) copy of each edition, variant, or format released for archival purposes.
 
Rights Granted
The licensing of I Cut Your Flesh grants the Licensee the right to distribute and release the film in its complete, uncut, and uncensored form on DVD, VHS, Blu-ray, and other mutually agreed physical media formats during the license term.
 
The Licensee may create and distribute promotional materials, including advertisements, trailers, and marketing content, using the assets provided by the Producer.
 
The Licensee may manufacture and distribute an unlimited quantity of units during the four-year licensing term. Any remaining inventory or unreleased units associated with this agreement after the license expiration date in 2030 must either be returned to the Producer or destroyed.
 
No sales may occur after the expiration of the license term without a new written agreement.
 
Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
Recut, edit, modify, censor, alter, or otherwise create alternate versions of the film or any included bonus materials.
Transfer, sublicense, assign, or resell the licensing rights granted under this agreement.
Claim ownership of the film or its intellectual property.
Access, obtain, distribute, or use any raw footage, project files, or production materials not expressly provided by the Producer.
 
Contract Requirements
If the Licensee agrees to the licensing fee and terms presented, a signed licensing contract containing the terms outlined herein must be executed within fifteen (15) days of purchase. If no contract is provided by the Licensee within that period, the Producer may issue a contract for execution.
 
Upon receipt of the signed agreement and payment, the Licensee will receive, within thirty (30) days:
A USB drive containing the highest-quality master available.
All included bonus materials.
Promotional artwork, logos, and graphic assets in PNG format.
Any additional materials agreed upon by both parties.
 
Buyback and Reversion of Rights
This licensing agreement is non-refundable.
The Producer reserves the right to repurchase the licensed distribution rights for a fee of $3,500 at any time after eighteen (18) months from the commencement of the license term.
 
All rights granted under this agreement automatically revert to the Producer upon expiration of the four-year license term in 2030.
Additionally, all rights shall immediately revert to the Producer upon any material breach of the licensing agreement by the Licensee.
 
Disclaimer
The purchase of this licensing agreement does not constitute the sale, transfer, or assignment of ownership of I Cut Your Flesh or any associated intellectual property. The Licensee is purchasing a limited distribution license only.
 
All rights granted under this agreement are temporary and valid solely for the four (4) year term specified herein. Upon expiration of the license term, all granted rights automatically revert to the Producer unless otherwise extended through a separate written agreement. No ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, master materials, or intellectual property interests are transferred through the purchase of this license.
