Plot: Shelby is injured and found by her friend, as she lays in a hotel room recovering from her head injury, a concussion like state begins to appear along side her teeth falling out. As she spirals into self harm and pleasure, her friend Ruby finds her unresponsive, during this ordeal an attempt to take her own life, she is saved and left in a room by herself. As a similar like trance falls over Ruby, a couple watching begin to have their own disagreement about the content of what they are viewing. Leading to a splatter and pleasure filled end of their own.

Synopsis:
Shelby (Shelby Smallz) is found injured by her friend Ruby (Ruby Reynolds) and confined to a hotel room to recover. As she succumbs to the effects of a severe head injury, a surreal nightmare unfolds—her teeth begin to fall out, and a dangerous obsession with self-harm and pleasure takes hold. When Ruby discovers her in a near-unresponsive state following a harrowing attempt at self-destruction, she leaves Shelby alone to process the trauma. However, the madness proves contagious as Ruby herself slips into a similar trance, leading to a shocking escalation.
